I took my 4Runner to BJs Tire Center for alignment and Raj is so professional and patient with me. He explains everything in details about different brands of tires and I trust him. I like honest mechanics. Highly recommend Raj for your tire services!

I wish I could give this tire center no stars. I needed a set of 4 tires. I looked on line and was given a price of $737 for the tires I selected. We tried to make an appointment but we could only make an appointment for the next day. When I called this tire center in Edison to see if we can get the tires installed that business day the man told my wife that he would sell and install the tires for $750. My wife told him no way we would pay another $13 dollars. We went to the location to speak to the man my wife talked to over the telephone. We wanted to get the tires but we needed them that day and wanted to pay $737 not $750. He told me that he would not sell those tires for the online price. He was very nasty and short with his answers. We decided not to purchase the tires from BJ'S and went to Sam's Club. This location needs a better customer service representative.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received from the Tire Service in Edison, NJ. On December 11,2025, at 5:30pm, I visited Bj's in Watchung, NJ, and spoke to Mr. Amicio, near my hometown, who told me they couldn't help me because I needed an appt. to fix my flat tire. He told me they were fully booked for a couple of weeks due to Black Friday. I was advised to go to the Bj's Tire Service in Edison, NJ, for a quicker service. This was the second time I received this recommendation. I would especially like to thank Mr. Raj at the Bj's in Edison, NJ, for his outstanding assistance. He took the time to check my tire and offered several options to resolve the issue without any hesitation and excellent manners. Thank-you

I bought tires from here and brought brand new rims in the box to be installed on my truck. Before installing them I took videos of them so I would have proof there was no scratches. When I received my rims back they had scratches all over them. When I asked them what are we going to do about this the first thing he said to me was "You're not getting new rims". "Our equipment can't cause damage like that." He also took me in the back of the shop to show me the equipment. They didn't use anything to protect the rim besides grease but he claimed that it's not possible for his equipment to cause that damage. The employee back there started to raise his voice and said "There's no scratches on those rims, show me there's scratches on those rims." I told him to take a look for himself and he didn't respond or go outside to look. I never asked for new rims I asked what are we going to do. He said that they can only offer a $25 gift card and that I can get a paint pen and fix it myself. He called the manager over and she said that the scratches were barley noticeable. She told me I could speak with her boss in the front of the store. Sanawas Singh was very helpful and took pictures of
